The wireless keyboard is more than just a cable, it also gives you more freedom in front of your computer. We range from full-size keyboards to portable models, and you can easily pair them with desktops, laptops, tablets, and even mobile phones.

No matter what you plan to enter, you need a keyboard to help. If you are looking for a gaming keyboard, check out our buying guide. Each model corresponds to different needs and scenarios, and no one size fits everyone, but we aim to provide enough detail to make the most informed decisions.

– The Best Wireless Keyboard With its ultra-thin body and small form factor, Microsoft’s modern keyboard left us with a good first impression. The gray aluminum frame is completely different from the old black style. In contrast, it has striking similarities with Apple’s wonderful keyboard, and even the price is very close.

Connecting the keyboard to a computer with a Windows 10 system is very easy. Note that for Apple users, it does not support either MacOS or iOS, nor does it support Android and any earlier versions of Windows.

When you use it for the first time, you need to connect it to your computer via the included USB cable. After you activate the fingerprint ID, they will automatically pair Bluetooth. During our testing, the Bluetooth connection performance was very stable, and the keyboard went to sleep when it was inactive for a while, but after the wake-up, the connection was re-established for less than one second.

Typing on a chocolate keyboard is a pleasure, and you can feel the comfortable touch and a satisfying hum. Although the size of the keyboard is relatively small, the buttons themselves are not crowded, and we rarely encounter the wrong buttons when typing. Microsoft offers a range of convenient Windows-specific hotkeys for screen settings, search, calculator applications, operations centers, and activation of virtual desktops in Windows 10. One of the things that might annoy some users is the screen lock button in the upper right corner, because it is easy to be accidentally touched. While we are satisfied with the rich dedicated Windows keys, the lack of programmable keys is still a bit disappointing. The most worthy of the show is the built-in fingerprint scanner, which is located next to the right Alt button and looks no different than the other buttons, except for the fingerprint icon on the button. Fingerprint scanning works seamlessly with, and you can also log in to your computer with face recognition.

Wireless mechanical keyboard mouse combo

This elegant and stylish keyboard works just as well as it looks, with delightful click buttons, a dedicated set of Windows keys, and a built-in fingerprint reader. Our only complaint about it is the lack of programmable buttons. Lack of programmable buttons 2. If you’re looking for a quality, flexible keyboard and don’t want to pay the extra premium of a mechanical shaft, the MK540 wireless mouse and keyboard set is definitely worth a look.

Logitech offers a large keyboard at a tempting price with dedicated multimedia buttons, programmable buttons, and a tactile typing experience. The rugged mouse provides smooth scrolling and programmable gestures. The only downside is the limited support for Mac systems.

Regardless of the aspect, this package is a good deal, so it’s easy to win our best recommendation. When the battery is installed, the size of the keyboard is 45.7×19.4×2.4 cm/18×7.6×0.9 inches, and the weight is 805 g/1.9 lb. The excessive size and weight make it unsuitable for putting it in the backpack, but it is placed on the table. It feels great, especially the curved plastic palm rest it offers. The keyboard has a large number of hot keys, including search, save, print, set, lock, and calculator. You can also customize 10 programmable keys using the Logitech Options app. Another nice design is the dedicated volume and media play buttons, which are located on either side of the Logitech logo directly above the main keyboard.

In fact, the MK540 keyboard and mouse are designed for Windows and Chrome OS systems. Of course you can also connect to a Mac, but the keyboard’s hotkeys will not map correctly to MacOS’s dedicated features. The large splash-proof button features a concave keycap and laser-printed design that looks very tasteful. The MK540 is a membrane keyboard that provides a pleasant bump during each tap and provides good tactile feedback when the button is snapped back into place. The mouse that is bundled with the keyboard is quite dexterous, with rubber on both sides and a subtle roller in the middle for a smooth sliding feel. Although it looks like a bargain, it still provides a reliable click response.

Like the keyboard, this mouse can also be programmed with the Logitech Options app. For example, you can set the wheel button to perform dozens of tasks, from switching applications to starting the calculator, or closing the window, or even turning off the computer. In addition, you can use the middle button as a gesture control to maximize windows, switch virtual desktops, switch applications, and more. The reasonably priced MK540 looks good in quality, stylish in appearance and quiet in tapping. The bundled mouse provides a smooth sliding experience, and programmable gestures are a good plus point. Limited MacOS support 3.

Mechanical

Azio Retro Classic is not the cheapest retro we’ve ever seen, but it’s definitely the most compelling. From deep click-buttons and wooden/leather panels to LED backlights and rechargeable batteries, this Bluetooth-enabled vintage classic is easy to focus on. In addition to the expensive price tag, the Retro Classic has only one small problem to complain about: the lack of programmable buttons.

With its unique zinc alloy frame and walnut panel, the Azio Retro Classic’s Elwood model exudes a strong steampunk atmosphere, while the LED backlight and metal Retro Classic plaque make this concept the ultimate. Of course, for this unique retro design, a version is obviously not enough. Azio also offers three other models to choose from: Onyx, Posh and Artisan, which replace the wooden panels with black or white leather. The keyboard supports both Windows and Mac operating systems and is connected via wireless Bluetooth or a wired USB-C port. The built-in battery has a huge capacity of 6000mAh. Azio promises to be able to use it for a month or so after being fully charged, but you can get longer battery life by dimming or completely disabling the backlight, and you don’t have to recharge it for up to a year.

The controls on the back of the keyboard switch between Windows and Mac modes. You can replace a dozen Windows-centric keycaps with Mac versions. Although the Mac keycap is great, you can’t get any programmable buttons. It’s easy to pair your keyboard with your computer, but don’t expect any novel features, such as pairing with two Bluetooth devices at the same time. The touch-sensitive mechanical shaft is somewhat similar to the Cherry MX Blue variety, which is more popular with happy typists but cannot please enthusiastic gamers.

For stubborn typists, the result of the button is definitely a satisfying buzz, but neighbors around it may hate it because the sound is really loud. With a retro design and a delightful typing experience, the Azio Retro Classic is an inviting (but expensive) luxury feast for professional typists.

On the other hand, some people may be frustrated by the lack of programmable buttons, and nearby neighbors may not be as fond of loud knocks as you do. No programmable buttons. The sound of the mechanical shaft is very loud 4. – Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard As its name suggests, the Logitech K780 is expected to be one of the external keyboards that dominate all computing devices. In fact, it’s perfectly compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Android, and iOS, and more importantly, it can seamlessly switch between computers, smartphones, and tablets. This full-size keyboard has a full set of function keys and number keys, and some keys (such as Alt and Ctrl) automatically change functionality depending on the operating system you are using.

At the top of the keyboard is an equal length rubber tray that keeps the mobile device in the right angle of view. With Bluetooth technology, you can connect up to three devices to the K780 at a time. Those who do not have Bluetooth capability can also connect via the Unifying USB receiver. There are three white buttons for pairing in the upper left corner of the keyboard, and switching between each paired device is as simple as clicking the corresponding button. Compared to most keyboards, the K780 has a better aesthetic appearance and a satisfying quiet touch. In addition, it can accurately identify the OS X computer and convert key commands accordingly. Although the K780 can be used as a replacement for a computer’s native keyboard, its real purpose is to get rid of the touchpad built into mobile devices.

You can put your iPad or Android phone on a rubber stand, whether it’s texting or chatting with friends, typing is as comfortable as it is on a laptop. As a portable keyboard, the 1.9-pound weight makes it less portable. Still, it’s still strong enough to carry around on the go, so if you can afford extra weight, don’t hesitate to add it to your wish list. Expensive 5. Wireless gaming mice have become a new hotspot in the gaming peripheral world, but the development of wireless mechanical keyboards is lagging behind, and they are still in their infancy. In fact, the pirate ship K63 wireless version is only the second such device, the first one is the Logitech G613. G613 tries to break the difference between computer games and everyday typing, while the K63 is designed for games.

With the Cherry MX red axis buttons, multimedia buttons, and backlighting, it includes almost all the great features. But there is no other surprise, K63 Wireless is a copy of the wired version. Similarly, if you have used any other pirate ship keyboard, then the K63 should look familiar. The pirate ship’s keyboard is one of the cleanest and most modern designs in the industry. The frameless structure is very simple, with an elegant border on the top, providing plenty of room for additional buttons and indicators. Although the K63 does not use the anodized aluminum wire frame on the high-end K70 and K95, its high-quality plastic is still very durable.

Underneath the floating keycap, there is a soft but powerful blue backlight. Given that most manufacturers typically completely discard the backlight system for longer battery life, it is impressive that the Corsair can retain this feature. As early as 2016, we liked Lapdog’s complete gaming experience on the couch, and Lapboard is basically wireless technology, and the balance is perfect.

Since you don’t feel the input jam and delay, it’s easy to forget that this is a wireless keyboard during the game. The Corsair Claims that the K63 can run for 75 hours with the backlight turned off. When the backlight with 1/3 brightness is turned on, it can last for 25 hours.

If the brightness is adjusted to the maximum, it can only be used for 10 hours. If you’re looking for a full-featured wireless gaming keyboard with mechanical axes, backlit buttons and multimedia shortcuts, the Corsair K63 can do just that.

One of my first posts in this community, so please bear with the naive questions. I hate my Magic Keyboard and Mouse. I detest my MBP'17 keyboard for coding tasks. Unfortunately, I dont have a choice to downgrade.

So, I bought the last week and while I like the build and my overall experience, I am a bit peeved with the wired setup. Besides, I still have my Magic Mouse which leaves me with an ached wrist at the end of every workday!

Imac Wireless Keyboard And Mouse

I am used to having to plug both my wireless keyboard and mouse and would love to hear any suggestions about the same. I have a wired Kinesis Advantage keyboard, which imo is totally worth it for the ergonomics + it's mechanical also. Finding different key caps can be a pain if you are into that sort of thing, but Kinesis sells their own key caps too if you buy one used and want to put clean caps on. As for mouse, I use the Logitech MX Ergo Plus Trackball, or whatever the hell their most expensive trackball is named. I've been using it for about 7 months straight and could not see myself going back to a typical mouse ever again honestly.

You are asking for a difficult combination: most mechanical keyboards are wired and most of them are not ergonomic. If you also want a keyboard “for Mac” (you can use any keyboard, but the keycaps might have the “PC” labels) then this is even more tricky. I know that produces ergonomic and wireless keyboards for Mac using Matias switches (modern Alps clones, the switches that were used in the Apple Extended Keyboard I and II) but there is not a combination that is both ergonomic and wireless. You could also try asking in, which might have more suggestions.
